Day 3 with PEMF (POST-OP)

Our PULSE EQ-XX PEMF machine has several attachments we use to deliver the pulsed electro-magnetic field therapy to our clients. You have seen me use the medium rings in prior posts, we also have small rings for more concentrated areas and large rings for bigger areas, as well as a chair pad which covers the back of the head to the back of the knees.

This morning I decided to try the large rings to cover most of my leg at the same time, but I am really concentrating on the IT band that runs from the hip to the knee. It is very tight and causing a lot of my discomfort. The PEMF session is a follow up to the hour I spent massaging it before I got out of bed.

PEMF is a non-invasive therapy used in conjunction with other treatment modalities. It is not a replacement for any medical treatment prescribed by a doctor or veterinarian.
